Maison Gayrard has been honoring the land of the Causses, on the edge of the famous Gaillac vineyards, for five centuries. After a short conversion of the estate to cereal growing, Pierre Fabre took over this family property and replanted the vines with the help of his wife Laure in 2013. The duo has developed 35 hectares of organic vineyards on Pierre's great-grandfather's land and in a few years has built up a fine commercial circuit around wine tourism at the property and in restaurants in the Tarn.

Owner's Message

Pierre & Laure FABRE invites you to discover the 11-hectare estate of Domaine Gayrard and their range of wines in organic conversion!

Located on the axis linking Cordes sur ciel to the city of Albi, they invite you, friends of nature and the vine, in their Domaine on the edge of the Gaillac vineyard.

Anxious to produce quality wines, the winegrowers are also keen to help you discover and share their profession and philosophy: to produce today's wines while respecting their terroir, its biodiversity and family traditions!

Production of organic Gaillac wines (red, white and ancestral method)

As part of a product quality approach, the Domaine has been in conversion to organic farming since 2016 and biodynamic farming since 2020.

Visit, tasting and sale of wines all year round.

He is also a member of the network of independent winegrowers and the network of Bienvenue à la ferme.

Découverte du domaine très bien entretenu lors d'une escapade de moins de 100 kms de notre domicile.
Un sentier fléché permet de se ballader dans les vignes à l'aide d'un livret explicatif et dégustation à l'arrivée !
