Restaurant offering authentic cuisine with dishes that make the land shine.
Built in the 1850s, the building is still one of the most beautiful residences in the city and has been home to a restaurant since 1926. Renovated with style and elegance, the Grand Balcon offers both a bistro and a brasserie-style restaurant that wonderfully combines authentic cuisine with a contemporary atmosphere. On the plate, we play with colours and materials, and we serve dishes that bring out the best in the region. Far from focusing the menu on classic bistro dishes, the chef concocts mischievous dishes inspired by the region.

Très bon déjeuner du début à la fin...huîtres fraiches et excellentes, viande de veau tendrissime, gambas délicieuses et babas au rhum au top. Un seul bémol, le plat avec le veau et le gratin dauphinois manquait un peu de chaleur.
