On the banks of Lac des Montagnès, 7 km from Mazamet, this small restaurant is a haven of freshness and calm. Lunch is served on a terrace overlooking the lake, under ash, acacia and larch trees. A small salad as a starter followed by a plate of tagliatelle with a dozen grilled sardines, or a whole grilled duck breast with honey sauce and home fries: it's simple and good. The desserts are not to be outdone: we melt for the citrus and nougat entremets or the floating island, which takes us back to childhood.

Lieu apaisant et très joli en terrasse vue sur lac, très bonne cuisine et joliment présenté. Menu très correcte en prix, la carte un peu élevé surtout pour les entrées !! On reviendra
