As you leave Mazamet in the direction of Labruguière, the village of Caucalières nestles on the right, and if you don't get lost, you'll come across the horse-riding club that houses this lovely country restaurant. It's an address you have to earn: there are no signs to direct you to this meeting place for gourmet connoisseurs of the southern Tarn region. Here, good taste takes precedence, with tablecloths and a flowery, soothing environment.
