As you leave Mazamet in the direction of Labruguière, the village of Caucalières nestles on the right, and if you don't get lost, you'll come across the horse-riding club that houses this lovely country restaurant. It's an address you have to earn: there are no signs to direct you to this meeting place for gourmet connoisseurs of the southern Tarn region. Here, good taste takes precedence, with tablecloths and a flowery, soothing environment. Un lieu très agréable et paisible. Idéal pour un repas de famille tranquille. De notre table, nous avons apprécié la vue sur la nature qui entoure le restaurant avec ses paons. Côté cuisine, excellente, savoureuse et faite maison. Je recommande.

Un vrai délice pour les papilles, une cuisine généreuse et faite maison. Très bon accueil. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le plus la cheminée. Très bel endroit. Nous y retournerons.
