As enthusiasts, they welcome you in a warm and smiling way in their charming little restaurant in the heart of Lavaur. Here, only one word of order in the plate: tradition. Not a single inhabitant of Lavaur will criticize this establishment as their local cuisine is so appreciated here. A treat for the hungry passers-by in search of a good quality/price ratio.
