This 18-hectare estate in the hamlet of Larroque, on the high clay-limestone slopes of the commune of Cestayrols, has been run by the Nouvel family for over 40 years, and Patrick is now its worthy successor. Organic farming, grassed vines and leaf thinning sum up his work philosophy for quality viticulture. Braucol, Syrah and Duras express character and roundness for the red wines. For the dry and sweet white wines, they reveal all the authenticity of the traditional Gaillac grape varieties.
