Catherine left Paris to realize his dream in Castres: open a "real pasta bar and salad bar" (and soups in the winter). Bon accueil, cuisine essentiellement à base de pâtes, les plats proposés sont bons et assez copieux. L'organisation pour la commande est vite compliquée dès qu'il y a du monde vu la configuration du restaurant. La terrasse est un gros plus.

Cadre sympathique en extérieur. Accueuil et Service agréable. De bonnes pâtes a la carbonara et un bon crumbble fruits rouges maison. Par contre un peu onéreux dommage.
