Every day, two dishes are offered on the slate, they are prepared by the chef the same day and vary regularly. For even more authenticity, some products are directly from Reunion Island. For example: peppers come from Papi David's, candy from the Hoarau confectionery in Saint-Louis and turmeric is produced on the Plaine des Grègues in Saint-Joseph.
