On the road to Pialentor… This small family estate of 10 hectares, perched on the sunny terraces on the left bank of the Tarn, that Jean and Agnès Gervais work energetically in organic farming for a decade. From the cellar, we will draw the Nice Red Stones, a high-on-call wine in drums, a coup de coeur from the guide Hachette. You can also be lulled by the mauzac white. Its pale dress and its nose-shaped nose conceal its true character, which is corted and unmanned, built for the table.
