Whether you're Tarbes or just passing through, this promenade invites you to discover the wealth of the heritage of the city centre. In ten key sites, whether religious, architectural or historical, you will soon understand that the city has a past that bequeathed it wonderful monuments. Starting from the tourist office, you will pass through the Reffye course, the market Brahauban near the Théâtre des Novelties, but also admire the Hall Marcadieu, the national stud farm, the birthplace of Marshal Foch or Saint John Baptiste church: you will soon be aware of the secrets of the Grand Pyrenees. Panels illustrated by the drawings of the Baron of Agos, dating from the mid th century, and old postcards show you these sites as they were then.
