If it existed since 1809, the Laloubère hippodrome had a real renaissance from 2001, when it was recognized "Sporting equipment of Community interest" by the Grand Tarbes. The Tarbes-Laloubère Racing Company has been able to modernize an exceptional racing field with an exceptional view of the Pyrenees chain. Its most famous asset lies in the quality of its 1 800 m long grass track and its finishing line of 450 m, one of the last of the Hexagon! Set by France Gallop in national class thanks to its renovations, it now has a new track, lices and boxes and has been able to innovate with Australian automatic start-up stalls, a reference in the equestrian environment.
