Based in Tarbes, in a dynamic cereal production basin (wheat, maize...), Vegeplast has developed an economy that feeds on the territory. This independent company specializes in the transformation of renewable resources into 100% bio-based, biodegradable and compostable bioplastic parts by injection molding. In other words, it manufactures products to replace the petrochemical-based plastics found in most packaging. A know-how that interests many sectors: agriculture (flower pots, clips for tomatoes...), pet shops (treats for edible dogs...), sports (biodegradable golf tees) or food. It is with its biodegradable capsules compatible with a famous espresso machine brand that the company has enjoyed its greatest success.
