In a pleasant Lomagnole village overlooking the Arratz river, L'Auberge's terrace offers a remarkable view of the surrounding valleys. The chef takes great care in preparing his dishes, highlighting local produce from sustainable agriculture and local producers. The menu is regularly updated, but always retains its local and seasonal accent: confit duck leg, demi-magret or black Gascon pork. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere, just like the town where it is located and where life is good.
