A beautiful gourmet festival with a local produce fair (60 stands), culinary events (competitions, workshops, meals, etc.) with the participation of the Tables du Gers and live music. The aperitif is offered by the Gers wine sectors: Floc de Gascogne, Côtes de Gascogne and Armagnac. A great moment of conviviality and Gascon culture. Several pairs of cook/sommeliers from the region's hotel and catering schools compete in a rigorous and cheerful atmosphere around a dish highlighting duck and the wines of the Gers.
