A friendly aperitif and dishes 100% Gers in a bar-restaurant with terrace near the fountain of Samatan.
A very busy rural PMU that sees the whole of Samatan and beyond pass by. This bar-restaurant, just a stone's throw from the Samatan fountain, hence its name, has a very pleasant terrace on the square. We like to sit there around a friendly aperitif and dishes 100 % Gers. The service is very fast, attentive, and the dishes are generous and tasty, at very reasonable prices. The beef and duck dishes are local, as are the cassoulets, parmentiers and home-made garbures. It is the traditional end-of-market meeting place on Monday mornings.
