For more than 20 years, Mr. and Mrs. Becoye have been making products of exceptional quality thanks to an unstoppable recipe: a formidable mix of know-how, love of the trade, respect for animals which are the values they make at all costs in order to satisfy their customers. The ducks, raised in total freedom in their pasture and force-fed according to the tradition with whole grain corn, produce a delicious meat. In their kitchen, the palmipede is a muse: most recipes are made 100% duck, everything is homemade and without additives other than salt, pepper and sometimes a little armagnac. On their stalls at the Austin markets they offer you fresh duck in all its forms: from foie gras to duck ribs, in magret, in sausages, whole... But also in the form of preserves and tempting cooked dishes: lasagne with magret, whole foie gras, dried magrets, 100% duck rillettes, gizzards and candied thighs for example. An all duck stall for authentic Gers meals!
