The Peyré farm is located in the south of the Gers, on the heights of the commune of Saint-Maur between Miélan and Mirande. With an area of 33 ha, it produces cereals and raises poultry (chicken, capon and guinea fowl) and cattle. It benefits from the AB appellation with certification from Qualité France. The animals are fed with a mixture of cereals: triticale, peas, faba beans, maize, etc., which are made into flour to supplement the pastures and fodder. Myriam and Gérard offer you all year round, to order 48 hours in advance, their organic poultry, ready to cook or live: chickens and guinea fowls (all year round), capons and capons of guinea fowls (end of year), Gascony chickens (summer). They also provide their customers with canned food (lean capon, coq au vin Gascon, beef confit) and organic veal sold in boxes on order. During your visit, you will be able to visit the farms and discover the world of organic production in greater depth.
