The domain owes its name to the mill and castle built in the th century on the banks of the Baïse. It is on these historic lands, dominated by 18 hectares of vineyards, which are produced the wines, red, white, rosé, as well as traditional method sparkling and a red grape juice. The vineyard has been completely restructured and now has a third of old vines. They are grown in biological methods and low yields allow for a healthy, mature and concentrated grape, almost half of which are always vendangée by hand. In the chai, this rich, untouched raw material is worked with care, rigour and simplicity to give birth to fine, noble and expressive wines, classical or in oak barrels. A true wine that perfectly reflects the reality of this land.
