LA FERME DE HUSTET

Between Condom and Montréal-du-Gers and close to the round bastide town of Fourcès, the fortified village of Larressingle and the Gallo-Roman villa of Séviac, the Ferme du Hustet is a must for holidaymakers. This family farm invites you to discover its products elaborated by the daily work of the owners, who invest in the traditional feeding on straw and whole duck corn. They process the products (foie gras, duck breasts, confits...) that they sell on the spot. The one-hour tour of the farm takes you from the force-feeding room to the free tasting room. Gascon and proud of it, Bastien even offers an initiation to the traditional game of Gascon puck. La Ferme du Hustet also offers two seasonal rentals.
