Restaurant at the foot of the hill in Montreal, a nice address for fish lovers.

The old bridge inn, at the foot of Montreal Hill, had been living for a few years. Nathalie and David took over the business at the end of 2019 after a major facelift to the restaurant. Originally from La Rochelle, David continues to prepare fish, now turning more willingly to farmed fish such as Pyrenean trout or Riscle sturgeon. The couple also plans to relaunch the hotel part of this former inn, once the restaurant has found its cruising speed.

One of the very best restaurants in the area, if not the region. Inventive menus combine traditional Gers cuisine with contemporary and creative approaches. Always wonderful choices featuring locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, such as delicious gravlax of Pyrenean trout, entrecote of veal in (local) blue cheese sauce, and occasionally featuring lovely briney Atlantic oysters. Very good value for such thoughtful and elevated preparation. It's worth checking their Facebook page for menu updates, and the weekend menu is worth the extra cost.

Par hasard nous avons déjeuner et très belle surprise.
Accueil chaleureux, terrasse ou grande salle rafraîchissante. Menu varié, produits régionaux et fait maison, un régal et en plus prix raisonnable, 20 € entrée, plat, dessert.N'hésitez pas, je recommande cette très bonne et agréable table.
