France-Laure, the owner of this goose farm, runs courses on the preparation of foie gras: a field she knows well since she raises nearly 2,000 grisettes per year. A know-how that can be found in the exquisite specialties of the table d'hôte which revisit rillettes, magrets, confits, allicuit and foie with brio.
