LA TABLE DU PETIT MAUPAS
In the south of the Gers, in the heart of the small bastide town of Mirande (labelled Città Slow town), a real quality of life and holidays is offered, which preserves respect for the environment, traditions and a healthy gastronomy with excellent small local producers. The chef of the restaurant, Patrick Bouffet, of the Europ'Hôtel Maupas, proposes to discover at his table a gastronomic cuisine elaborated with quality ingredients with specialities from the south-west: gizzards, foie gras, magret. In the summer, the shade of the parasols on the terrace allows you to eat peacefully, enjoying a good moment of relaxation between two visits in the heart of the Gers valleys. The specialities on offer are: free-range veal; suckling lamb; scallops with fresh liver; foie gras in terrine; local organic cheeses; stuffed Gascon chicken. This restaurant has a large room ideal for banquets, weddings, seminars, receptions, theme evenings, etc... Possibility of cocktails on the terrace when the weather permits. In order to be able to offer a better quality of service, the restaurant advises you to book your table at least 24 hours in advance.
