It must be said that the th century building is in itself superb, especially with its stones found in the walls but also in the incredible old fireplace that is in the heart of the room… and where the inspiration of the chef only demands a up! As you will have understood, the specialty of this hostel is grilled in the chimney and we are getting tough. Secrecy: simplicity and quality, which allows everyone to be happy at a reasonable price… but also selection of rigorous meat! Beef, lamb, duck or even fish are delicious and their accompaniment depends on seasonal vegetables. The decoration is also particularly original and meticulous with numerous works by local artists in exhibition. The most curious ones will enjoy the garden, which is worthy of a museum!
