For Michel, a dentist by profession, the name was obvious and there was no need to look for the roulette wheel, here we plough and scrape by hand, the old-fashioned way... and without pain. On 3.5 ha, nearly 2 ha are devoted to the vineyard, mostly planted with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The red is characterized by its power. Very typical, it owes its aromas to a maturation of 15 months in special barrels. As for the rosé, it does not demerit and delivers its fruity flavours... Go and discover this vineyard, no doubt you will fall in love with it!
