Tasty cuisine in a restaurant labeled "Tables du Gers" in Gondrin.

The quality label "Tables du Gers" did not fall from the sky for Le Pardaillan. The menus are tempting, like the traditional "Gascon" which features foie gras, duck breast and croustade. The latter comes from the Gondrin artisanal factory "Accents du Sud-Ouest". The chef has thought of the inveterate carnivores with a sumptuous rib of beef on the bone to share. Lovers of tradition will turn to the pastifret, the Gascon pâté. We like the menu specially designed for children, which for once avoids the pitfall of minced steak.

Nous sommes venus dans le cadre d'un séjour smartbox, très bon accueil, personnel très souriant et agréable. La chambre était très bien, bien entretenu, nous avons bien dormis. Le restaurant était très bien, la nourriture excellente et le vin très bon. Merci pour ce séjour.
