This former colonial-style house is now an elegant hotel-restaurant located at the entrance to the bastide town of Gimont (coming from Auch) in the eastern Gers. The twelve-column gallery opens onto a garden with shimmering fountains, a small lounge in water-green colours, a bourgeois dining room with long china cabinets and tables d'hôtes welcome gourmets for a fine dinner. As the seasons go by, the gourmet plates cooked with passion by the chef are a tribute to local products with a zest of modernity. The products used in the composition of the dishes come from local producers mentioned in the menu card which will be given to the customers, assured to be well received.

Superbe Pizzeria. Un nouveau chef à repris l'affaire et que dire.... Les pizzas sont carrément meilleurs.
Les ingrédients sont choisis chez des producteurs locaux et en plus de ça le chef les cuisine avant cuisson de la pizza pour apporter un plus en goût, et c'est réussi. L'accueil est top et le service très rapide.

C'est excellent. Les burgers sont trop bons, les frites excellentes et les desserts sont à tomber! La qualité est bien là puisque produits locaux et les prix sont parfait.

Un fast-food, certes, mais avec des produits locaux et de qualité. D'ailleurs il y avait foule aujourd'hui, et toutes tranches d'âges. Les autochtones ne s'y trompent pas ! Serveuses hyper dynamiques et très sympathiques.
