Original local cuisine in a restaurant with terrace in Fources.
The Auberge de Fourcès overlooks the main square of this charming bastide. For a stopover, the proprietor offers dishes in the local style, but with a touch of originality, such as confit pork cheek nuts glazed with massalé or crispy veal sweetbreads. Classic desserts are homemade and well executed, including the famous croustade. The setting is warm and contemporary, with a fireplace to warm lovers in winter. Groups are well catered for, and everyone can enjoy the view of the square from the terrace.

J'ai pris l'agneau, un morceau très petit sec, au goût et à la matière c'était décongelé. Très étonnée de voir un menu à 28euros d'aussi faible qualité. Dans le Gers c'est quand même dommage de tomber sur ça quand on connaît la qualité du terroir gersois

Plat congelé, sauce trop grasse et sans goût, petite tentative de facturer un menu complet alors que nous avions pris juste entrée plat. Bref, très déçu.
