Chef Charlotte Latreille has been at the helm of the kitchen for several years now. She revisits the regional repertoire, regenerating it with her own creativity. Products such as foie gras, armagnac and organic goat's cheese are sourced from the best farms in the Gers. The menu varies with the seasons, but classics include roast guinea fowl tournedos, roast black Bigorre pork chop and smoked lamb fillet. Charlotte's cuisine is entirely home-made, including bread, pastries and ice creams.

Merveilleux week-end passé dans une demeure de charme, gérée par une équipe qui privilégie l'esprit de famille. Vous y serez très bien accueillis. Sauna, spa, piscine, soins sont proposés.
Enfin, une restauration de très grande qualité vous est proposée accompagnée d'un service où bonne humeur et justes attentions sont au rendez-vous.
