Gascon cuisine, based on quality products, in an authentic restaurant in Beaumarchés.

In this old 13th century farmhouse, time seems to have stood still. The restaurant is a true ode to Gascon cuisine, the specialities pay homage to foie gras, Pyrenean trout fillets, cassoulet and other grilled duck breasts with porcini mushrooms. All the products come from the Gers farms, sometimes organic, the eggs come from the henhouse for certain vegetables from the establishment's vegetable garden. A demanding quality (adept of slow food) which makes the difference and has forged the solid reputation of this magnificent address, rare and authentic.
