Marisol specializes in pop cakes, mini and mimi cakes, which come in the form of lollipops. For dessert or snacks, for a wedding, a birthday, a birth, these little pastry follies always create a surprise with their stick. Especially since their presentation, in individual portions, quilted alone or in a bouquet on a support, makes it possible to create many colourful decorations, from the most fun to the most elegant. To shape these delightfully regressive cupcakes, Marisol slides and superimposes tastes, toppings and decorations. Fruity or cocoa base, white or milk chocolate topping, blue, pink, green or violet pearls, the pastry chef is able to satisfy all desires, all fantasies.
