Creativity, eco-responsibility, quality and conviviality: over a dozen different beers, all organic and brewed on site. Artisans of beer, meeting in SCOP: fermentation, styles, recipes, they are inexhaustible on the subject and will transmit their passion to you at the bend of their store or behind their bar. The hangar has been the first tap room (brewery bar) in Ariege for five years now. On sunny days, it hosts concerts, shows and food trucks on its vast terrace. A must in the Couserans!
