Restaurant where the chef prepares dishes combining refinement, originality and surprise
From the road to Andorra, it's impossible not to see this superb 19th-century building and its grounds. At the helm of the restaurant : Jean Carzola, a renowned chef from the Ariège region, whose cuisine is a pure delight for the taste buds. Le Renard has already crossed paths with him at other renowned establishments, so we're bound to be satisfied and never disappointed. He's an artist when it comes to foie gras in particular. The dishes combine refinement, surprise and originality. The service is on a par with the establishment. Top-notch.
