At the helm of the restaurant : Jean Carzola, a renowned chef from the Ariège region, whose cuisine is a pure delight for the taste buds. Le Renard has already crossed paths with him at other renowned establishments, so we're bound to be satisfied and never disappointed. He's an artist when it comes to foie gras in particular.
