High altitude inn with a creative menu of products from the Ariège

A high altitude inn located on the domain of Guzet, it is accessible by chairlift in winter and by piste in summer. Paul Fontvieille chose to open this chalet at the Escot pass and offers Gascony sandwiches with Ariège flavours. The building looks like a Pyrenean chalet: wooden cladding covers the outside of the establishment and objects recall the history of the massif. The creative menu has been designed to highlight the products of the Ariège. The service is provided in the dining room or on the terrace facing an exceptional panorama.

On y mange plutôt bien, dommage pour l'accueil glacial de la patronne. Nous n'avons eu droit à un sourire qu'au moment de l'addition ????.

Un endroit à ne pas rater lors d un séjour, une vue époustouflante....et la cuisine....
Copieuse, délicieuse... on en ressort le ventre bien rempli!!

L accueil, très sympathique , le personnel est très serviable.
Nous y reviendrons c est sûr !!!

Même pas besoin d’y aller quand on voit comment on est accueilli par téléphone… pour demander un simple renseignement qui n’est en aucun cas INDIQUÉ sur Google ! Merci d’avoir décroché ça m’a évité de taper 200 bornes dans le vent ! Mon seul regret est qu’il n’y est pas l’option du 0 étoiles… ! -2 clients d’un coup bien joué ;)
