Each dish is worked with care and inventiveness in the greatest respect of organic and local products and local flavors. Here is a high-end cuisine, elegant, tasty. Design cutlery, large crystal glasses, and typical Pyrenean knives.... You can also linger on the terrace and its magnificent view, treat yourself to an ice cream, enjoy a tea in comfortable armchairs. A palace for the palate!

Personnel charmant et arrangeant (nous avions été retardé malgré notre volonté)
Excellent menu midi à 25 € ; nous étions 3 et avons panaché avec menus à 36 et 54€.
Amuses bouches raffinés. Cuissons et dressage sans faute.
Tartare de truite et oeuf d esturgeon à tomber. Idem pour la palombe rosée !
De très belles suggestions pour l accord met vin (au verre) .
