Inn with impeccable service, terrace and cellar where ribs are matured

The Auberge d'Antan, the well named, takes us back to another time. The menu begins with a garbure, drawn directly from the cauldron simmering in the fireplace, next to the stuffed suckling pig slowly cooked on the spit. From the bread oven come steaming gratins, and the inn even has its own cellar to mature the beef ribs for 2 to 6 months! The decoration is authentic, the service impeccable. In the role of the innkeeper, Yannick Bartet, in the role of the chef, Laurent Bubola. For dessert, linger over the crème brûlée with Tonka beans. Majestic terrace.

Bonjour,
Étant en vacances à Auzat avec un groupe d’amis qui aimons particulièrement la bonne nourriture, nous avons effectué 1h20 de route pour pouvoir tester le restaurant authentique qui est l’Auberge d’AUTAN.

En effet nous n’avons pas été déçu, l’ambiance, la décoration, le personnel, la bouffe.. tout était incroyable ! Un mémorial est exposé dans le restaurant ce qui rajoute un petit plus à la décoration et l’ambiance.

J’ai pris en entrée un mi-cuit de foie gras, en plat le cochon de lait et pour finir une profiterole géante. Bien sûr avant l’entrée nous avons eu le droit à leur garbure ! Tout était incroyable.

Merci encore pour cette soirée, nous nous sommes tous régalé, nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d’y faire un tour !! Toute leur carte à l’air incroyable !

Jamais autant mangé dans un restaurant ! Les plats sont copieux et très bien cuisinés avec des produits du coin, le personnel est très accueillant rien à dire !
