Brasserie in downtown Pamiers where you can enjoy classic Southwestern cuisine

Ideally located in the center of Pamiers, this brasserie offers a pleasant shaded terrace overlooking the canal. Julien is at the helm to make you discover a classic South-Western cuisine (kebabs, duck duo or succulent duck breast) with platters to share (cheeses, charcuterie...). Theme evenings, for example, the famous St. Patrick's Day, dear to the Irish, flamenco evenings, jazz... but also aperitif concerts. Nice wine list but nothing surprising when you know that our two new Ariegeans of adoption are from Burgundy!
