Salads are copious, the delicious tartar and carpaccio and the dishes of the day offer traditional and quality dishes such as fire, veal blanquette or excellent paella. The hotel was very nice. The price is very good. Perfect location for lunch before shopping, dinner, business appointment or simply for pleasure. You will not lose the copious ariégeoise salad and the homemade dessert. The establishment is also a French point of sale for the Games.
