Here we love good Ariège meat! You'll love the "araignée de bœuf" or the famous "trésor du louchebem", which means "butcher" in "butcher's jargon". Under the direction of Elodie Dubarry, the establishment combines family and professional gatherings. Large, airy and tastefully decorated dining room. TV for evening broadcasts, modern glass roof and group room for business lunches and meetings. A practical children's corner. In fine weather, lunch is served on the large terrace. Home-made ice cream.

Arrivés sans réservation un jour de St Valentin nous avons pu être pris in extremis. Bon accueil des jeunes serveuses. Arrivés à table on nous a indiqué qu'une heure après la table était relouée... Nous avons pris le menu gourmand avec un petit verre de vin inclus agréable avec le bloc de foie gras. Le menu est correct à défaut d'être fin. Les quantités sont correctes. J'aurais préféré notamment de bonnes frites maison un peu "coufides" comme on dit. La cuisson des steacks mériterait un nettoyage du grill plus régulier car une légère couche charbonnée l'enrobait: dommage pour une chaîne qui s'appelle " La boucherie". Le cadre est sympa aussi. Conclusion: c'est un restaurant de chaîne quoi... J'allais oublier... Nous sommes finalement partis 1h20 plus tard... juste au moment où les nouveaux arrivants rentraient. Mais heureusement, on ne nous a pas poussés pour autant... on a même attendu un peu pour le dessert.
Donnez un pourboire, la cloche retentira, et les jeunes serveurs vous diront "merci" ????
