Opened in July 2023 by Nadia and Christian Caralp, this new Appamean canotier is an ice-cream parlour/crêperie/tea room offering delicious, hearty buckwheat pancakes, seasonal fruit crêpes (with homemade chantilly), waffles, and the super ice creams of the well-known Philippe Faur. All washed down with delicious cider or local beer... among other things! You can pay on the spot or take away, or even have it delivered. The ingredients are fresh and organic. Smiles and friendliness are the order of the day. It's good because it's good - hats off to them!
