Here we love good Ariège meat! You'll love the "araignée de bœuf" or the famous "trésor du louchebem", which means "butcher" in "butcher's jargon". Under the direction of Elodie Dubarry, the establishment combines family and professional gatherings. Large, airy and tastefully decorated dining room.
