It is an organic aperitif, made by macerating elder flowers (these big flowering shrubs that make strange black berries that should not be eaten) and there is no added alcohol. It can also be consumed as a dessert like a sweet wine. The flavor of this beverage is soft, slightly sweet with fruity aromas like lychee. The range is declined in Framboisine (with raspberry) and Figazil (with fig from Mas d'Azil).
