The music of Radio Montaillou! now Pyrénées FM, has lulled every Ariegeois to sleep. In this bistro-restaurant, the old tube and transistor radios, and the many news items hanging on the wall, are a reminder of its radio past. The place is spacious, modern but cosy, heated by an imposing and efficient wood-burning stove. The food is prepared with passion and the ingredients chosen for their quality. The welcome is on a par with the rest: friendly, smiling and warm. A great place to stop in this historic village between Aude and Ariège.
