Here is an address that has made its way into the gastronomic landscape of Mirepoix. Emmanuelle and Sébastien have chosen to leave their city life behind to embark on the great adventure of the restaurant business and have created a welcoming, warm place with a modern décor of high tables and perched chairs. The cuisine delights our taste buds with dishes made from fresh, seasonal produce. The menu is constantly renewed according to what is available. Outside, a large garden isolates the place from the hubbub of the Place des Couverts to enjoy the summer calm.

Un lieu « magique » Nous avons déjeuné à 2 reprises dans ce restaurant original, côté jardin, bien pensé pour trouver le calme nécessaire à la dégustation des mets délicieux ! Des produits exceptionnels préparés avec goût , tout en finesse et à la présentation harmonieuse , mêlant les couleurs et les saveurs pour un moment suspendu . Une touche particulière, j’ai apprécié de retrouver dans ce restaurant un vin blanc espagnol, découvert il y a plusieurs années … et jusqu’au Mexique « l’Oroya »
L’accueil est charmant , le service est impeccable ! Bravo à vous tous , dommage qu’il n’existe pas un pareil lieu à Pau ????
