An excellent address in Mirepoix run by a renowned chef. You will enjoy a regional, family and traditional cuisine based on fresh products, including apple pudding from Raissac. In the toilets, the mirror is an old yoke. At the entrance you will be reminded that here "we cook". And not only that, we peel, we chop, we slice, we pocket, we cook, we deglaze... We are here at the heart of a family business. Sylviane's mother, Noëlle, is at the service and her daughter Eugénie, and Lionel also participate.

Restaurant très authentique produits frais trés bon accueil dans cette ambiance familiale je vous recommande le cassoulet ainsi que les desserts (tarte au chocolat figues Melba etc.....) un conseil pensée à réserver ...(villefort)

Restaurant chaleureux proposant une cuisine locale de dualité, par exemple cassoulet ou boudin noir au top ! J’ai bien aimé le cochon lourd !!!

Accueil froid entrée charcuterie crudités peu de charcuterie et plus de salade que de crudité (que de la carotte) mon plat est une blague l’assiette est VIDE. Comme dessert j’ai pris du fromage, il était tellement FINS. Bref c’est un non pour moi.

Une trés bonne cuisine familiale avec notamment un délicieux cassoulet et le dessert "Figue Melba" vaut le détour. Un service sans chichi et efficace.
