An excellent address in Mirepoix run by a renowned chef. You will enjoy a regional, family and traditional cuisine based on fresh products, including apple pudding from Raissac. In the toilets, the mirror is an old yoke. At the entrance you will be reminded that here "we cook". And not only that, we peel, we chop, we slice, we pocket, we cook, we deglaze... We are here at the heart of a family business. Sylviane's mother, Noëlle, is at the service and her daughter Eugénie, and Lionel also participate.

Petit restaurant calme dans un cocon bien aménagé. 40 places environ. Une cuisine faite maison avec de très bons produits locaux. Faut arriver de bonne heure ou réserver avant.

Oui c'est vrai que le service est un peu long (compter minimum 1h30 mini pour un menu complet)... Mais qu'est ce que c'est bon ! ???? ???? Les portions sont équilibrés... Ni trop ni trop peu... On sort sans avoir faim mais sans le ventre tendu non plus... Tout est maison, la viande est sublime et les desserts excellents.. Très bon rapport qualité prix !
