Farm, farm store and restaurant serving traditional dishes

A veritable Ariège institution, it is a breeder, restaurant and farm store. Its aim is to bring farmers and consumers closer together. Alongside the meats and products served in the restaurant, you'll find a fine selection of know-how from local farmers and craftsmen. The menu features traditional dishes, burgers for teenagers with bread from the village baker and farmhouse cheeses. The dishes are really hearty. The welcome is always top-notch!

Nous y avons mangé 2 fois durant le week end.
Tout était bon, frai, parfait...
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermé, après il faut aimer la bonne viande.

Très bonnes viandes et frites, on se régal !
Un repas rythmé au son des chants locaux, un plaisir !

Le choix est difficile (bière fromage saucissons etc....) dans la boutique que de bonnes choses pour découvrir le 09 (Pyrénées Ariegoises) ....a goûter sans faute le Bethmale en affinage 3/6 mois du pur plaisir.....ainsi que les saucissons......trop bon....je recommande......????????.....
