COUTEAUX TISSEYRE

Jean-Paul Tisseyre, "meilleur ouvrier de France" in 2007, has become one of the finest craftsmen in his field. He applies his know-how to two registered trademarks (Tisseyre and Montségur France), and designs and manufactures mainly one-off pieces or small series (folding or fixed knives for hiking, hunting, the table or the kitchen), characterized by their originality and the high quality of the materials used. He attracts many collectors, who travel all the way to Ariège to have a knife made to measure.
