Formerly on the markets of Aude and Ariège, Miguel has put down roots in the town of Foix. His boutique offers coffees roasted in Ariège and teas from Eli, all fair trade and sustainably farmed. In addition to tastings, the establishment offers local products such as beers and lemonades. Soon, its cocoa-roasting project will enable you to rediscover the pleasure of chocolate.

We went there based on Google Maps reviews and were not disappointed. Pavement or inside seating. Very friendly owner, nice decor and full-taste cappuccino. Very clean toilet, shows attention to detail!
